Customer Testimonials
"Our company has been using the Inlinesieve for about 3 months. It took our painter's about a day to feel completely comfortable with the settings, but even after the first day, they reported that they really like the new pump. The Inline Sieve produces a much more consistent spray pattern without some of the spatter that we had with our OEM pump. Our management team also is very impressed with the Inlinesieve. Our company tracks the total pounds of powder used each day, and we calculate the total number of square feet of surface coated. With our stock Gema gun, we averaged about $0.11 per square foot. With the Inline Sieve, our average cost per square foot has dropped down to $0.08, and our coating thickness hs stayed more consistently at our target thickness of 1.5 mils. We would highly recommend the Inline Sieve to people who are looking to improve their transfer efficiency and coating thickness consistency."
Phillip - Ossian, Indiana "We have completed our study for the Inline Sieve product that we are sampling. I am going to use the average cost of our powder coat as a basis of savings because we run so many colors and it varies daily so we can't get an exact amount on that. The first two weeks that we tested we used our large booth and standard equipment, the second two weeks we used the Inilne Sieve product in the same booth. Business had picked up in the last two weeks so this is a good example of the savings this new item can give the company. The experiment was conducted by initially cleaning the booth and equipment completely then painting as normal for the 8 work days in the 2 week period. At the end of the two weeks the "dropped" paint was then weighed and the information was given to me. The same was done for the second period using the sample Inline Sieve product. The findings are below;
First 2 weeks (8days), large booth standard equipment Paint wasted 441 lbs Average cost per lb $4.58 Total lost $2019.78 Second 2 weeks (8 days) Paint wasted 267 lbs Average cost per lb $4.58 Total lost $1222.86 The difference of the two is $796.92 This is a savings in a single booth using our existing, non-modified equipment. The product is listed at $659 per uit so if we were to purchase 4 units they could potentially be paid for in less than one month at this rate using it in both booths. We believe this product is worth the purchase and hope you agree." Misti, Quality Manager Colorado Springs, CO This customer went on to purchase 7 Inline Sieves, and two quick color change masters, one for each booth and two Air On Demand Hoppers. So far so good. We have noticed in some instances some surging of paint when the trigger is pulled. Other than that, we have been painting "A" class finishes for the last month with no rejects (other than our own issues). I haven't been able to check if we are saving any paint or money on paint, but I do want to purchase another in the near future and weight check our usage in a spray-to-waste booth we operator around the clock. Will be in touch soon. Thanks, Eric Moline, IL We also gave them some solutions for surging. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Debbie, It appears to be helping in our batch line. We don’t change colors much there. It was time consuming on our automated system where we alternate colors 4-10 times daily. I also think a hopper vs. the box hopper we are using would help more moving forward. We are still getting some splatter (surged clumps) occasionally but it is greatly reduced from what we have had in the past. All in all, we have a few more ideas ( hoppers) but satisfied with the results. Thank you, Alex - Shop Foreman Moxee, WA We did have some ideas on how to save time on his automated line and we also gave him some solutions for the splatter. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ It is going great. Your product really works. We’ve almost doubled our part count per box of powder since we began using it, and we have no problem reusing reclaimed powder anymore. I thought it was kind of expensive when I ordered it but it has paid for itself quickly. The only thing we changed was we ended up removing the clear plastic sleeve that was over the outside of the filter. It seemed to work better without it. Thanks, Trever - Process Engineer Laurel, Montana ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Hi Debbie! Sorry, things have been crazy lately Just so you know, it looks like last month we saved about $2800.00 and that wasn’t even utilizing the sieve full time! Fantastic savings so far!
